Chassis ports typically require the drivers first in most boards I've worked with. Lastly, where did you plug in the wireless keyboard/USB? Into an onboard USB port, or into a chassis port? If the latter, try using the onboard plugins. I always keep a few cheap wired keyboards and mice around for just such situations. I tried to see if plugging in a wireless keyboard and mouse would work and it did not. However, it does not always work with all boards, I did a build for a friend who likes Gigabyte Mainboards and wanted the build for games, so it was a single CPU. I use a Logitech wireless 360 and a Kensington wireless mouse and both worked when I did my most recent personal build for work using the ASUS Z9PE-D8 WS. I can't press the key that I need to enter the BIOS because my computer won't sense the keyboard I got a wireless usb keyboard, but it comes with an installation CD. ![]()
